Happy Birthday Coby

Coby turned 7 this year and he had quite the birthday. He told my grandma that his birthday was on the 22nd instead of the 28th, she was going out of town so we celebrated it on the 22nd anyway. She & Cal brought him a bouquet of balloons with dollars in it and he got to pop one a day until his birthday.......so fun! We also went out to Cafe Rio for lunch. I love my grams what can I say.

We went with my parents to Chuck a Rama on his real birthday and he ate plates and plates of "mashers" his favorite food and restaurant.

After Chuck A Rama we went and got Coby a new bike.......he only wanted a red bike & no other color would do. He has loved the color red since he was a baby. I love that he breaks the mold and does what he wants.

Okay and Chris and I are suckers and bought Kelbi her first bike because lets be honest who wants a bike for their birthday in December when snow is on the ground. Only princess will do for our little princess.

Grandma Cathy sent this for Coby a few days before his birthday, he and his friend had a great time building it. Grandpa Mike sent him a card with money which he was ecstatic about.

The day before his birthday we had a swim party with his friends. It took the 15 passenger and the durango to get them there with my kids and every kid he invited came except 1.

Just to gross you out I made Spam fried rice for Coby for dinner after his party which happens to be one of his favorites.....yes that's right I said "spam". Kim and Cora when the kids are back at school I will make you this lunch so you can try it just as you requested.....we are having a chinese lunch.
Now the 7 things I love about Coby
1. He loves me and would rather be with me almost any time.
2. He still cuddles and hugs me and tells me all the right things even though I know he is just working me over, I love it!
3. He is adventurous and all boy
4. He will stand up for someone he loves even if the person towers over him.
5. He is a hard worker and very clean.
6. He loves his friends and he will talk with anyone.
7. He loves to learn about the gospel and to choose the right.

We are so lucky to have him and he is almost always a bright spot in my day! I love ya buddy!
