Yes the Pinewood Derby was here again & Conner was very creative in his design this year. He built a shark & experimented a little with where to put his weight. His car did very good this year and he placed 4th out of 21 boys! The competition here was sure strong. He does enjoy making his car with grandpa each year.
He also earned his first Webelos pen which was the Readyman Pin.
I got to help record the times of the cars going down the track.
The whole gang! This year was especially fun for me because I was rooting for my own son but I also enjoyed watching all of my bear cub scouts race to. Good job boys!
