We were voted to host the annual neighborhood dinner for adults this year. Thanks to my mom I borrowed some of her fancy stuff so it would look beautiful. We love the neighborhood we live in there is a lot of diversity and just plain good people that we love. Again I want to spank my bum for remembering to take before pics but not after...we had a 15 neighbors come and we served smoky beef brisket that cooked for 21 hours and everyone brought all the sides to go along. We had great conversation and lots of fun.
I went to my annual book club Christmas party this year and it was small in numbers but large in fun. It was held at Julie's home in Santaquin and I came home with Grimms fairytales from the book exchange. I love all the festivities at Christmas time.
