Chris received the second miler award in scouting. Neither one of us knew what this award is but we found out it is an award that you receive when you have spent a very long time working with Young Men and helping them achieve their scouting goals. Chris has been called three times to work with the Young Men since we have been married and he really enjoys feeling like he can make a difference.
Kelbi had her first dance performance of the year at the Christmas Gift Show this year. It was a very large crowd and it intimidated her a bit but she did a great job.
Grandma rewarded her with a giant pretzel afterward.
And this picture is of Chris and I as "parents of the year". Our daughter thinks she should have her cereal for breakfast along with a Diet Coke. Grandma Maxine would be so proud! No we don't let this happen regularly but when we saw it we couldn't help but take a picture.
