Lehi Round up!

So I desperately, desperately need a new camera so I will take lots more and better pictures but this is all we have for now. We celebrated Lehi Round up last week starting with the grand parade. My friend has a couple businesses right on main street so we had "the best" seats ever for the parade. The kids had shade when they wanted it and I was able to sit on the covered porch in a nice comfy chair. My mom and dad as well as my brother, and another friend came and hung out with us.

My sister in law ran a marathon that morning and then got picked out of the crowd to go out and shoot a pistol.

I think she wanted to crawl in a hole but it was dang funny for the rest of us and her daughter came running to me for dear life afraid of the guy.

Kris C. yelled for everyone to give us some candy & therefore the kids got loads of candy, balls, and otter pops.

Cade was in the parade with the football team this year. After they got done with the route they made them go back through with garbage bags and get all the trash from everyone. He was so tired & heat stroked he went home and slept for most of the day.

"The gang"

Later in the day Kelbi performed at the park with her dance company. It's so fun to go to her performances and watch her feel special and enjoy herself so much.

Our friends signed us up to volunteer at the rodeo as ticket takers so I guess this is what Tony gets when his wife volunteers...purse carrier!

Chris all geared up with his scanner ready to go!
Conner was having a bit of trouble with the kids so I wandered off to talk to him not even aware I was posing on a bulldozer and Chris thought it was so funny & had to have himself a picture.

Jill told me had to wear the cowgirl get up to help so here we are all cowgirled up.

Chris however was no way going to cowboy it up...aren't we a perfect match for the night?

Jill and Tony mismatched as well! It was fun to help for the night and we did get free rodeo tickets to watch the rest of the show so all in all it was a pretty great round up celebration!
