My Mother's Day

Many of you know that I am normally a "Mother's Day Hater". I always feel like I wish I were a better mother like the ones they describe in church or I have unrealistic expectations for my kids behavior for the day because after all it's mother's day, but.......I had a wonderful Mother's Day this year. My boys were upstairs at 6:30 am begging dad to start making breakfast for me in bed and I have to say that it was very eatable this year and my kids gifts were very touching as usual. My husband was a "dear" and really helped me all day long and worked his hinney off to make sure I had a really great day, I am very blessed to have him. My family came over for dinner and it was so fun to be with those special women in my life who are examples to me of great mothers. Grandma Howarth was missing and I missed her but did enjoy her flowers I received on her behalf.
My breakfast in bed!

My grandma's flowers I got to have since she was gone. Beautiful!

A way not clear picture of my mom but how can I not post a picture of the person who has influenced my life for good more than anyone else and is always there for me, my husband, and my kids. Love Her!!!! Can't say it enough, I'm extremely lucky! A woman who always puts family first, what better virtue is there in a woman.
My sister-in law Brittney who is an example to me and always puts her little one's first. She is more than happy to sacrifice her own fun and desires so that her kids can have everything. Love her too!

My only sister Becca who is also an amazing example to me especially in the area of patience. She never raises her voice to her children and is so patient and understanding and just plain kind to her children and everyone around her. Love you also!

Well my brother Jer isn't a mom but he is a really great uncle and my boys can't wait whenever he comes to wrestle or get bounced on the trampoline. Thanks for playing with them Jer.
