Many of you know that I am normally a "Mother's Day Hater". I always feel like I wish I were a better mother like the ones they describe in church or I have unrealistic expectations for my kids behavior for the day because after all it's mother's day, but.......I had a wonderful Mother's Day this year. My boys were upstairs at 6:30 am begging dad to start making breakfast for me in bed and I have to say that it was very eatable this year and my kids gifts were very touching as usual. My husband was a "dear" and really helped me all day long and worked his hinney off to make sure I had a really great day, I am very blessed to have him. My family came over for dinner and it was so fun to be with those special women in my life who are examples to me of great mothers. Grandma Howarth was missing and I missed her but did enjoy her flowers I received on her behalf.
A way not clear picture of my mom but how can I not post a picture of the person who has influenced my life for good more than anyone else and is always there for me, my husband, and my kids. Love Her!!!! Can't say it enough, I'm extremely lucky! A woman who always puts family first, what better virtue is there in a woman.
