Let's just say I'm a bit behind

I'm very behind in my blogging and on top of that blogger is not liking me either. I keep trying to download pictures and it wants to let me do about 2 or 3 at a time then takes forever so hopefully this gets better and I can catch up from my taking a bit off.

Well....for starters we had a Lehi Freshman football fundraiser where we had bounce houses, train rides, face painting, bbq lunch, 5$ haircuts, dj, cotton candy, popcorn, and drinks. Of course I couldn't keep my pie hole shut & started with ideas and ended up being in charge with the coach and my friend Jill who I brought into my mess. Thanks to my mom and dad for coming and running the popcorn & cotton candy & to my sis and her fam for coming.

We decided to offer up Conner for a hair cut!

That's some Lehi pride right there. In the end we made about $2400 which we used for bags and shirts for our football team and the rest is going for awards banquet and ect. I also ended up being interviewed by big budda on Fox 13 News....ya not my thing but what's a girl to do when your told by the coach go stand over there your on next! What I wont do for the sake of my kids.

Cade taped a show for the Mormon Channel with the focus being on gratitude. He sure didn't want to do it but finally Chris told him they really needed him and he caved! It's always interesting to hear what your child will come up with when asked questions on a topic like that and I was really proud of the way he handled himself especially since he was competing with chatty girls that wouldn't let him get a word in. I can't wait to hear it after it's all edited and on the air.

I also took my boys along with my scouts to hike Battlecreek falls in Pleasant Grove. It's a short but good hike and this is the destination. I have to brag a minute but my brother in law once took me to repel down it.
