Pirate Island

We had our list of activities we wanted to do over the holidays like see the Spanish Fork lights, eat at Joe Banditos, See a Movie, Go to the Temple, and Eat at Pirate Island. We had more plans but we had some illness and didn't get to do them all so Zoo lights and the temple lights will have to be wait until next year but we did have a lot of fun this holiday. Pirate Island was on the top of the kids fun list. It's a new restaurant here and it's decorated like Disney Land and has arcade games that you can win tickets and buy little things with. The waitress' and waiters are all dressed up like pirates and the feel of the place is great. Cade also talked pirate and won 8 Flash Tickets.

If you throw a coin in the skeletons cup he wakes up & talks to you. Thank goodness my mom came since she was the only one who could get the coin in the cup!

They have a pizza called the Kraken that is 24 inches, it was the biggest pizza I have ever seen. I thought is was pretty good but Chris didn't think so much of it.

We ate in a tavern type booth with a cool chandelier that had candles which looked like they were lit.

We won a bunch of tickets and the kids enjoyed picking prizes out. This place costs a lot more than Chuck E Cheese but it's a much more clean fun environment.
Glad for my kids to go back to school now but I sure have enjoyed spending time together as a family.
